General Rental Conditions
The elements described below constitute the general terms and conditions which apply to any rental booked through the intermediary of CPIM PROPERTY, in particular via their website www.cpmthailande.com, except if they are replaced or cancelled by the specific terms and conditions of a property.
Bookings
CPIM PROPERTY only accepts payments via bank transfer.
A minimum number of nights may be demanded. Please consult the information in our rental pages relating to rental prices of the accommodation that you are interested in.
Animals, dangerous substances and participation in any illegal or immoral activities are strictly forbidden. Smoking is also forbidden (unless otherwise indicated). Any infringement of these conditions will lead to the loss of your deposit and your immediate expulsion.
Prices may change before booking, without the need for prior warning.
No refund will be granted in the case of late arrivals.
Booking policy
50% - deposit when the booking is made.
50% - 15 days before the arrival date.
Please note that the booking policy may be changed, particularly during high season and holiday periods. If need be, we will inform you of the booking policy in force by email.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation 35 days or more before arrival date: 75% refund
Cancellation 20 to 35 days before arrival date: 50 % refund
Cancellation 20 days before arrival date: no refund will be granted.
Please note that the cancellation policy may be changed, particularly during high season and holiday periods. If need be, we will inform you of the cancellation policy in force by email.
Extras
Any additional costs incurred in the framework of services, in particular telephone, transport and personal laundry costs, visits and excursions, or any other service that is not included in the rental tariff, must be settled by the client before their departure.
Liability
CPIM PROPERTY is considered as the agent of each owner and accepts no responsibility for the loss of belongings, damage of any nature, injury, accidents, delays, or for any other irregularity. Tenants are responsible for their own villa or apartment during their occupancy. They are required to carefully lock all doors and windows when they are not in the property. They must also respect all rules laid down by their representative or local contact. The property and its furniture will be insured. Any act committed by a tenant which leads to damage of the property, goods or furniture insured will engage the said tenant's liability. Tenants are required to insure their personal belongings prior to taking occupancy of the property.
Maintenance
Should a problem relating to the rental arise during your stay, you must inform the owner, property manager or our company immediately. Action will be taken to resolve the problem in a timely fashion. No refund or reduction in price will be granted due to a malfunctioning of the air-conditioning, television, domestic appliances, swimming pool or any other equipment, unless agreed by the owner. Repairs will be carried out as soon as possible following their notification.
